Good design and well made
The OLASOM water flosser has a good design, is well-made, and works effectively. I find water flossers superior to conventional fiber floss in removing food between my teeth. I've used similar "water pick" systems for years, and OLASOM is among the best I've tried.OLASOM water flosser hardware is excellent, but its manual, obviously written by corporate lawyers, not engineers, is a disgrace. The product arrives folded up in its carrying case. The main water reservoir is installed upside down over the pump housing. A small cap is installed under the pump. Inside the pump housing, the water pickup hose is tucked up, out of sight. You must remove the small cap below the pump housing to use the system. You then have to find the water pickup hose and pull it out, so it dangles below the pump housing. You then remove the main water reservoir from the top of the pump housing, fill it with water and reinstall it below the pump housing with the water pickup house dangling in the liquid. If you install a flossing tip in the hole in the top of the pump housing, revealed by removing and reinstalling the main water reservoir, you are ready for the unit's first use.I had to work out the procedure given above by trial and error because almost none of it was given in the instruction sheet. Moreover, the line drawing in the instruction sheet doesn't even look like the working assembly. As a result, I almost gave up and returned the unit as not working before I found the right way to configure the system's parts. The emphasis in the instruction provided is the usual, "Please don't stupidly misuse our product, injure yourself and sue us. Please! Please don't sue us!" While I realize the product is likely sold internationally, and you don't want to translate the text instruction above into a dozen different languages, a series of pictures could convey the same information on an instruction sheet only slightly longer than the one that came with the product.

Compact water flosser
This flosser takes up less space on the counter. It has a convenient carry case and uses a type c charger. The charge lasts more than a week. The only downside is the push button release. The water reservoir slides over the case when not in use and the suction tube is stored inside the case. Both of these are secured with a 2 button release mechanism. I have some difficulty pressing both buttons to release the reservoir and the suction tube. It has gotten easier the more I use it.

Handy for travel with good speed/pressure options
This is a little big to get used to at first but I quickly adapted to the size because I wanted the extra capacity. My only complaint is that the flosser tips spin too easy and won't stay pointed in the desired direction, I have to keep re-pointing the tip.

attractive quality product at a reasonable price
I bought this as one of 3 portable water flossers for travel, because I couldn't decide which to choose and I wanted to compare. Here is what I foundPROArrived the same dayComes with lots of attachments and nice durable case big enough to fit other things tooMore functions than most and a dizzying array of different spray headsCan fill it without removing reservoirPowerful and durable, better than my countertop modelDries easier for long term storageconvenient USC chargingLooks classyCONA bit bulkier than necessary, larger reservoir than needed, case larger than needed and takes up more room in a suitcaseThe instructions are really not clear. It took a while to figure out how it is all supposed to go together. more pictures and clear step by step use instructions would help. The reservoir hose tucks inside the unit and is awkward to pull out and put back, which you have to do to store the unit for travel. Hose kinks in storage which could shorten its life.Overall it is a decent unit, although not my favorite for portable flossers. I decided to keep it as a backup for when my countertop unit fails because it is superior to most countertop units.

Bulky
It did travel great and work great. Only reason for 4 vs 5 is it was bulky and a bit awkward to use.

Good for everyday use and travel
Good for everyday use, rechargeable with no plug. Has good pressure just like the waterpik that you plug in. Only downside is that it didn’t come with the 3 prong brush that I like. Good for travel.
