I bought this for a friend to thank her for helping me with my yard, and she just loves it. It's so sturdy and it's so easy to use. She was able to mount it on the side of her house with no problem.

I like it so much I got another one. So crazy to use. One down fall the sprayer broke in a month but I just got a different one

Looks just like the photo. High quality yet intuitive and bulky in the right places. Replaced my Home Depot hand reel that would always tangle up and kink. That reel was $80 and I never liked using it. This auto retracting reel works like a dream. My 9 year is in love with how it works and uses it. I asked him if we should go back to the old way, and he said no way, why would you ask that? Lol. Great technology… ended up buying a 2nd one for the back yard. Only negative could be that it’s a 0.5” hose, but it’s actually easier to maneuver long distances and might actually be better than the standard 0.75” hose size. Our outdoor pvc is plumbed for 0.5” anyway, so it’s not like you need the 0.75” for water pressure. You still get decent water pressure. 5 stars. Also is very aesthetically pleasing. was an easy install on a 4x4 fence post. I ran it out half way across my yard using a custom pvc line to it underground, just so it looks super clean wall fence mounted. Loving it. Thank you.

Nice, compact hose reel. The handle makes it easy to move the reel to different hose bibbs around the house.I decided not to mount the reel to a wall. The reel sits on the ground and and the weight keeps the reel stable. The reel is not too heavy and is easy to carry.The hose is easy to extend and retracts quickly. The length of the hose is adequate to cover the entire back yard.I used hoses that always kinked and were a pain to to store. This hose does not kink and I like the convenience that the reel stores the hose in a compact manner.My only complaint is the water pressure is too low even with faucet wide open.used other hoses of the same diameter and larger with no issues in water pressure. I tried switching to another nozzle but that didn't help. I have to be within a feet of a plant to water it adequately.Overall, this is a good hose reel and the price is reasonable.

This is my second one. I first purchased the 5/8" 82' hose reel for the front of my home and liked it so much I bought this one for the back. Easy to install, retracts nicely, easy to lift because it is not very heavy. Just keep in mind the 1/2" diameter hose doesn't provide for real strong water pressure. The 5/8" is much better at that, but I don't need a lot of pressure where this is installed so I'm pleased.

I gifted this item to my parents and there is no water coming from the hose. It is barely a trickle. They have extended the hose, checked all connections and still no water connect through. There is great water pressure from the value before the hose is connected but no water is coming through after connection.

I installed the reel following the step by step instructions!!! I wasn’t sure how it was going to hold using the included molly, but I thought “ok”!! Once I placed the reel on to the back plate it did exactly as I thought, started pulling out from the wall!! I took it back down and used some good quality drywall anchors that I had on hand from hardware store!! Rated to hold much more weight!! It was not perfect!!This is one of the best things I’ve purchased!! It’s so handy having the reel contained like that on the wall, and not having to have the hoses all over the floor and hoisting them back up onto the wall!! Wished I’d bought years ago!!

Grabbed this on sale because I was curious about the concept and how well they work. Well i was surprised! Fairly sturdy for plastic. Great pressure and zero issues. Only issue I will mention would be a issue with any automatic winder. Go slow and keep consistent resistance while winding. Let it go to fast and it doesn’t wind well or fully. Keep consistent, constant pressure while winding and you will be happy. Just buy one, you won’t be sorry!
