This is a complete gym experience with a range of exercises for each body part. It comes with 2 strengths of resistance bands that hook up to the platform in ways that can provide varying levels of resistance. I also love the bar and it’s various uses. It also comes with other training aides that all fit neatly inside its own carrying bag that means I can take it anywhere. The thing that brings it to life for me is the instructional booklet that comes with it. It shows written instructions and diagrams of how to set up and perform each excercise, and what muscles are worked by each exercise. It even has full workout plans for for beginners, experienced and advanced. There’s also a website that among other things incorporates videos of all of the excercises being demonstrated. It also really benefits me because I am in my 50s so I have to be careful about taking care of my joints. Training with weights could jar and stress the joints unduly whereas I find the complete resistance band and push-up program incorporated in the Gonex home gym trains and tones the muscles without putting pressure on the joints. I must also mention that the Gonex customer service team are brilliant. They addressed my queries promptly and expertly, and left me in no doubt that their focus is on customer satisfaction. I can’t say enough about the Gonex home gym except a big thank you for achieving another satisfied customer.

The gonex home gym is great if you are looking to work out more and don't have lots of money orlots of space for a big gym at home. The main feature of this home gym is a floor pad that allowsfor a very wide range of exercises, easily modifiable by position and level of resistance whilealso easily catering for different shapes and sizes of user.This home gym is based around exercising with resistance bands and this can be a very easyway to exercise well without needing to own a large collection of traditional weights. The floorpad has a variety of positions in which the resistance bands can be connected. By loopingthe bands thru neighbouring positions it becomes possible to very easily modify the range ofmovement whether you are tall or short, as well as making it easy to increase or decreasethe difficulty.The home gym comes with a good range of accessories to allow you to work with hands or feet, towork by using a door attachment point for the resistance bands as well as a bar that can be usedin a couple of different ways including working as an assisted ab roller. The home gym also featuresa well written guide that explains how to use the home gym along with a detailed description of howto target different muscle groups with an extensive collection of predefined movements and workouts.I’ve taken a photo of the gear with my Yorkshire Terrier so can get the perspective! 😂. The base folds in half for storage.

I used this for a few days and honestly you are better off buying a long bar with end loops and some resistance bands with clip-ons of different weights separately. Connect how many bands you want to each end of the bar and step onto the bands for squats or deadlifts. This board is very finicky and gimmicky and really not needed. Gets more in the way than it helps.
