Easy to assemble and is comfortable and works really well.

I love the ease of assembly and operation. I don't know how I managed without it. Downside is I never get to watch the end of my tv program as I fall asleep it is so relaxing

This chair so easy to put together, the delivery was a little problematic as it turned up in two deliveries, a week apart! So I had half a chair sat in my living room for a week.That apart, the colour and materials are great, the size isn't as big as I thought, and is a little hard. But in time I am sure my bum will knead it I to submission. I would say it is value for money. The heat and massage function is good, and will be an asset in the winter.

We got this my dad a few weeks ago. When he puts it to stand him up or sit down, it creaks. He says he doesn't feel safe in it at all. He has to have his legs elevated at all times, he's prone to cellulitis, and swelling of legs, suffers with chronic pain and polymyalgia and we feel this chair has set off a flare up as it is so uncomfortable. Waste of money. We received chair arms that were torn, however we were refunded money, we still don't even think it's worth anything. It is badly made
