Apparently, according to my husband I snore. So along with my husband, we needed to find a solution to our snoring problem without taking medicine or having surgery. I found the Calily Health Anti-Snoring Nose Vents for us to try. It includes a 4 sets - small, medium, large and extra large. The vents are connected together, so all you have to do is place them in your nose before going to sleep. My 11 year old son was able to fit in the small size; I was wearing the medium size, and my husband fits the large size vent. Since the vents are made of medical-grade silicone, they aren't uncomfortable to wear - in fact, it does help when opening up the nostrils. The nose vents can also help you if you have allergies to open up your nasal passages.

They didn't work at all for me just made me sneeze alot and we're uncomfortable. When I finally stopped sneezing and relaxed they didn't feel to bad as long as I didn't move but when I fell asleep I still snored (vary loudly). I was disappointed o say the least

All of them are a little to big but i made it work with one of the smaller ones

This does not work. I bought these to assist my husband with snoring and I am convinced that he snores a lot more using these. Wasted my money on this item.

These vents really open my air passages, and my husband says I snore less when I use them. I go back and forth between two sizes, not sure which works best, one being a little too small and the next size up not quite fitting in all the way. My husband has used a larger one with success. If only I could get him to remember to use it!

These look really weird, but work so much better than a breath strip. They feel kinda funny at first, but if you chose the correct size you can feel yourself breathing better instantly! My husband has been complaining of me snoring, but these vents did the trick. You only have to buy them once and then wash them. They even come in a handy case so you can store them away during the day. Highly recommend!

For some reason, if I don’t insert them just so, I get a whistle noise. Having more than one size is helpful because I experience sinus swelling, so if my “normal” size doesn’t fit I can go to a smaller one. They don’t stop my snoring, but do make it easier to breathe through my nose. I have had to combine them with a mouth piece and sleeping elevated as well to attempt to settle my snoring. The first few times I wore them they were uncomfortable, but I got used to it. 2 stars because I think they should be a little more stiff to resist snoring, and they didn’t stop my snoring, so I had to buy other products.

Tends to make my nose sore sometimes. I must also use in conjunction with a 12-hour nasal decongestant otherwise, it doesn't work for me.
