Fleece Jumper (from Equafleece)Medium Red

I was replacing my old Large Hotter jumper which was 1st class but my Lab has got a bit chubbier in her old age and I sent for a X/L this time to give her a bit more room and I ordered a medium for my medium sized rescue dog... The X/L is in fact 2 inches smaller around the chest and belly than the Large one was and far to small for the Lab.... My medium dog had worn the old Large jumper but she kept getting one leg out and tripping over. So hence I ordered a medium for her, the (NEW) medium sized one was tiny . In fact the X/L Hotter fits my medium dog. I have no idea how such a great jumper some years ago could be so good then but now are so badly sized they are useless.

The photo shows a black medium Hotterdog fleece jumper bought a few years ago from a pet store. The red jumper shown was purchased last week from Amazon - sold also as a medium Hotterdog fleece jumper. Not only is the size completely different, but the quality has also changed. The older black jumper is much thicker and better quality. I requested a full refund explaining that the jumper is too small and poorer quality, butI was still asked to pay postage to return this item. Very unhappy with purchase and service.If you are replacing a Hotdogger jumper bought a few years ago - don’t expect the same quality of fleece. The size will also be different.

I bought one of these for my 10 month old Springer Puppy. She is small (13kgs) and I bought the Medium, which is plenty big enough, room for growth but I think it is the perfect size. Absolutely great for putting on after a wet walk! I have now ordered one for my 2 year Springer as I am so impressed. I love Equafleece products and have had their coats before but love the fact that these jumpers cover the front legs aswell, really snug without being too hot. Very easy to put on and machine washable... whats not to love! Highly recommend

I have a whippet - a breed with the deep chest of a larger dog, yet the shorter length of a medium-sized breed, so it can be tricky to find a jersey that is a good fit. This one fits him perfectly! The design is such that the size will accommodate a wide range of differences in the 'medium' band (I ordered medium size) and it is snug and warm, and the sleeves are roomy so that it doesn't pull on the dog. It's also made of high quality fleece. Very happy with this!

Just received this jumper today, perfect fit for my dog. Decided to 'field test' its water repellant capabilities (I am aware it's only meant to be rain repellant..) Took Oscar to his favourite place, a field that has lots of surface water..and mud.. you need wellies... Well, within minutes of being in there, his new jumper was two tone, the chest and stomach being covered in mud. 45 mins later at home, I peeled it off. Despite Oscar's best efforts to get as dirty and wet as possible, the bits of him that were left uncovered by the jumper were mucky as usual, however, beneath the jumper was a different matter.. a small patch of damp between his front legs that was quickly dried by towel. The rest, bone dry. Impressed! The normal half hour drying marathon dealt with in a few minutes. And no shivering dog.. bonus! Excellent product. Highly recommended. Going for the swim test next...

I ordered a Small for my Miniature Schnauzer and it fits well, perhaps a little too long in the back. It keeps him really warm in cold conditions and pretty dry as well. It's not the easiest jumper to get on and off which is why I give it 4 stars.

Great quality and both dogs loves wearing them. Both girls have a size M but can be a bit tricky to get their legs through when putting on/taking off but if they had next size up they'd be too big for them.Generally a great coat and we use them a lot.

My 6-year-old English Cocker Spaniel has recently been diagnosed with elbow dysplasia, causing arthritis in the joint. Following an operation she is having regular hydrotherapy and her coat is not easy to dry. So I bought this jumper for her to wear after the hydrotherapy sessions while we drive home, and it's perfect for the job. It's soft, warm and absorbent and keeps her really cosy. As other reviewers have said it's a bit tricky to get the jumper on and off, but as it's made entirely of fleece it stretches and this is not a big problem. It washes easily and dries quickly.My dog weighs around 12.6 kg and I bought Medium which is just right.
