Disappointing knife guard
Unlike the size 5 knife guard, which fits my Kyocera 17 cm cook's knife perfectly, I am disappointed with the size 1 knife guard. I bought this to use to keep my Kyocera paring knife (model no FK-075-WH) more safely. However the guard does not stay on very well, e.g. it can fall off, simply by the force of gravity, when the knife handle is held pointing upwards. However I am still keeping it, because it is better than nothing, to shield the blade of this very sharp paring knife, with which I have already nicked my thumb twice, in the first two weeks of owning it!

Sitzt perfekt, hält auch nach Monaten noch wie es soll.Durch die Löcher können mögliche Rückstände von Wasser verdunsten (empfehle dennoch das Messer abzutrocknen - Kalkablagerung wäre je nach Härtegrad des Wasser mit der Zeit -möglich.)Bin begeistert -> deshalb 5 Sterne und sobald ich mir die Messer zulege werde ich auch den Klingenschutz besorgen.Lg Noag
