I was not sure this was going to work for the type of bottle I am capping. And once I actually tried using it, I saw right a way that I needed a deep well chuck. Unfortunately you have to find a different vendor and that can takes weeks to find or have made. I was able to improvise with what chucks this machine came with and I literally went from capping 500 bottles in 4 hours to 500 bottles and hour. This has been one of the best investments I’ve bought at an affordable price. Great product!

Worked very well and saved much time and effort.It was better than I expected.

After a dozen uses, it fails to function for about 15 minutes. Then works briefly and fails again. I've purchased 2 of these for back-up and both don't work well. I have hand cappers in my company before, these are the only two that are unreliable.

I have 30mm caps with safety lock (like a bottle of milk)... takes some force to get the final "click" when it is sealed... no matter which head, no matter what torque, the material the head inserts are made of just slip across the cap, or actually wear down the cap. Pushing down makes it melt the cap instead. Might work if you do not have locking caps. the material needs to be more rubber like, and have more grab... then it would probably work great. seams built well. Back to hand capping.

It is cheapest solution to the tiring hand trying to tighten hundreds of capsfor small bottles. The tool is relatively good for the money, however, it has fewnegative aspects which docks few stars.1) The set comes with the two rubberized(silicone?) insert which is replaceable.However, after about 100 operations there is significant wear on that part.This is especially true if higher torque setting is set.I did not see that this wear part can be purchased here in Amazon.I will have to contact the manufacturer to see if that part can be orderedat the later time.2) The retention machine screw on the side extrude too much out and can bethe source of potential pain.3) It is single speed, and not a variable speed. There is no adjusting the RPM.So, in conclusion, this is cheapest solution to capping. There are capping machinesthat cost well over 20K+, but for 55$ this is relatively cheap solution.I would give it 3.5 star output 5.

Works Well

Not that powerful, I can tighten the lids better by hand honestly. Tried using this for about 100 bottles, but now just do them by hand. Probably need to buy the more expensive unit with a fixed base.Does about 10-20 bottles, then overheats and craps out. Can use again after 5-10 min wait.
