Been buying and using this product, seems like forever, have just one biscuit in morningwith my tea. Helps with regular elimination.

Used for irregularity
Took a couple of weeks but it has really started to help me a lot. The fact that they Taste great is a big plus. They taste so good I sometimes want to eat a pack because they do taste so good. Overall great product. Just give it a little time to work and drink water with it. If you take to much to quickly it could make things worse especially if you don't drink water with it.
