Comes in a bag perfect gift like. I took around 15 minutes to assemble. Is big enough for a few kids inside and i can even fit inside as roof is tall anough for me sitting inside which i had to do while putting the lights whcich are also lovely. What i like the most about this is that the parts are really really flexible and that is light weight after assembled. I have a 2 year old daughter and i dont want her to be playing with not flexible parts and also she use to carry the whole castle on with no effort. So it is very friendly and safe for kids. An advice: install the lights in a way that they dont hang down too much from the exit-entry part as it happened to my daughter that the star shaped lights gets tangled with her hair.Very lovely, safe and well made product for children. Buy it without any doubts.

Perfect for a baby girl!

We haven’t put it together as it’s a gift for my granddaughter for Christmas. Looks sturdy and fabric is nice.

The lights work well, the tent was easy set up but vague instructions where included. The tiara and wand are cheap plastic, wand broke when my 3 year old waved it around. Tiara still in tact though.Overall my daughter enjoys the tent, the lights work great and it was worth buying even with the tiara and wand being cheap.

The media could not be loaded. I am in love with this princess tent. I plan on gifting it to my niece for Xmas. It was surprisingly easy to put together, just make sure you follow the instructions. Also it came with these adorable lights. I wish there was a way to attach the battery pack/switch to the tent. It may have somewhere to do it i just haven’t found it. It came in the mail very fast and high quality material which I was very surprised by because of the price. FYI if you plan on building this make sure it is in the room you want it in. I had to take some of it apart to get it through the hallways to the bedroom. It does take up a lot of room but it’s worth it! Can’t wait to see my nieces face when she gets it from Santa.

Edit: FANTASTIC customer service! After reaching out about possibly getting replacement poles after the dog and baby destroyed some of them, customer service contacted me right away. They requested photos of the destroyed poles, which I sent. They then responded with a thank you and a request for my mailing address, which I also provided. Yesterday a whole new princess house was delivered! I truly thought that they might send some replacement poles, but they went above and beyond, so I'm changing my review to five stars. Fantastic customer service! I'm going to wait a few months before assembling this one because my lil destructive 2 year old knows how to pull the poles out. When she's a little bigger I'm certain she'll appreciate it more. I will definitely purchase from this company again.This princess tent is adorable and my daughter loved it, however even at 2 she was able to pull the poles out of the tent and bend them (destroying them). This product would be fantastic if the poles were made of a more durable material that doesn't bend so easily. They only have a return window of 30 days, yet I've seen other princess tents that give a one year guarantee. I will be reaching out to the seller to inquire about replacement poles, and if they don't have them I'll be checking into the guaranteed tents. If they DO have them, I'll come back and edit my review. Four the price that I paid (was a limited time price) I can't complain too much. I'm certain for a child that is older and not as destructive, it would be perfect. The lights are an added bonus, but the gems feel out of there wand and tiara on the first day.
