Cost effective with high quality.
I was scared and unsure how this chair would turn out because I had previously ordered another chair that turned out to be the worst and was expecting the same with this one, but I was surprised to see that the quality and fabric of the seats and the chair overall exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase of this chair. I work a long shift and sit in this chair every day to do my work. The only two things I would change are the leg support, which is a little uncomfortable but it wont be in that much use so its manageable, and the addition of a wheel lock. Aside from that, the packing was excellent, the directions were simple, and the chair looks just like the photo. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this chair.

Worst product ever
The media could not be loaded. This is a nightmare, the shipment was delayed, the item we have received is bad, the recliner mechanism is all wrong. It's touching the back rest and in no way we can set this up. Would request you to not buy this trash. Sending it back is a bigger headache
