Very nice
Lovely and good quality but narrow inside, it's quite thick and weighty. Overall it's a nice item and my daughters happy with it.

Smaller then expected
Cup is lovely, design is beautiful, but it’s a very thick ceramic so only holds a small amount, not quite a cup full.

Great ceramic mug
Lovely mug, super cute design. Lids keeps drink warmer than in a normal mug and prevents spills. Has stood up to being used daily both at home, work and out and about. Doesn’t flavour tea like bamboo or stainless steel mugs.

Works but handwash only
Bought this for my wife but hadn't noticed a casting hole in the base. If you immerse it in water or put in the dishwasher, the insulating void fills with water then dribbles over your chest when you use it. Annoying. A different brand I bought had a larger hole with a rubber bung and was fine for the dishwasher. Other than that it looks as in the pic and works well. Tea tastes as it would in any ceramic mug. Can't account for sturdiness as it hasn't been tested so only giving that 3*.

Was a gift the only problem with some of these is the little hole in the bottom so leaks water when they have been washed
