Stop buying baits and buy this
We bought this for a mouse problem in a flat which had gradually gotten worse over a period of 6 months. First we locked up all our food in large plastic containers after which the mouse moved into our bedroom. Till now I would have spent close to if not more then £50 in various rat/mouse baits, glue traps and poisons but none seemed to work, or the mouse was smart enough to avoid them. The day this arrived, I added some bait and left if without plugging it into the socket, so that the mouse could familiarise itself (got this tip from various Youtube videos). 2 days later I started catching mouse at the rate of 1 every night for 4 days, and I was such a relief. It's great so see the green light that tells you when you have a kill and you don't have to actually handle the dead mouse.Highly recommended!!

Disappointed
Set up the item as the instructions and soon caught a mouse. After that the rodent killer became somewhat erratic in operation. It would show that something had been inside by the red light flashing but the bait would be untouched & no sign of any dead mice. The red flashing light would only stop if the inside was cleaned out. After setting up last time, I have found that the bait has disappeared, the red light is flashing( which I can't get to stop) and again no sign of any dead rodents. Not impressed!

Good and Bad
This was the second one of these that I bought. The first lasted about a year and killed almost 10 mice. I think it got damp. Went rusty and ended in the bin. This second one stopped working within a week. You pays your money....

Didn't have enough buzz to get the local rat though but for mice we can recommend. Didn't even add bait the mice just wandered ...
Works very well, currently running off mains. No mess or distress for mice. Didn't have enough buzz to get the local rat though but for mice we can recommend. Didn't even add bait the mice just wandered in. Instant stun so humane.

One hit wonder
Thought I was onto a winner when it caught a big rat in first 2 hours, since then cannot get it to work, red light flashing all the time and assume that means it’s not working. Not instructions with it so cannot check.

No good for me
This was a waste of money. I have tried it in every spot with every food, and nothing. I still have a rat and a mouse in the house. YUK. I think these profession videas are shared, because I cannto understnad a hungry mouse or rat not even trying to eat the goodies I put in there. However I also do not know if the damn thing works. Ho the hell do you test it.

Almost instant result !!
I bought one about a year ago and caught at least 20 mice's. But I've just moved house forgot to remove it from the loft, so I bought another one for the new place (out in the countryside, backs onto a farm, mice likely to be a problem)Within about 6 or 7 minutes of placing it in the attic .. ZAAAPPP ! I could here it buzzing. I went back up to investigate and sure enough a mouse had been caught within minutes. It was lying across the contact pads inside the trap, hence the continuous buzzing sound.Top Tip:- I've found that the best bait seems to be a kit-kat finger and small piece of red Leicester. Tried lots of other things, but they seem to like this the best.
