Bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts, recipients was pleased but said the app for sharing pics is terrible and chose not use. Which defeats my purpose for giving since it was meant to share pics.

I bought two of these frames: a 16" and a 10.1" for gifts. The first one seemed to work well and so I bought a second one so I could easily load pictures to both frames using the same app. It seemed to work at first, but then I noticed that I couldn't edit--I couldn't swap out pictures or "revoke" them from the 2nd added frame. When I contacted customer service, they were no help, eventually admitting that the APP is the issue and needs updated. I asked how to update their APP and they said there were no updates available yet and that they would contact me when and IF the APP update became available.In short, if you buy this frame you run the risk of uploading pictures that you can't take off of the frame unless you factory reset the frame. In my case, the frames were given as gifts so those receiving the frames are forever stuck with the same photos unless they do a factory reset and that will delete everyone's photos who have contributed to the frame. I would not buy these frames again. (Also, there is minimal instructions or troubleshooting information for these frames; there is no customer service number that you can call either. One must email the problem and wait 24-72 hours for a minimal reply.)

My husband and I purchased two of these frames for his grandmothers so that we could send pictures of their great grandbaby to them. One grandma is decently tech savvy, the other is not. Both grandmothers had problems operating the device. It's more like a tablet than a frame--it has calendar apps and things that are completely unnecessary. Upon booting up the device, everything displays in (what I can only guess is) Russian. Nobody can figure out how to access the photos.The app required to use the frame is a whole other nightmare unto itself. I spent 4 hours on Christmas Day trying to make an account, only to get "504 gateway timeout" errors every time. There's no support, the app is slow, and it's just an all-around awful product.Worst purchase decision in a loooong time.

This unit has 32gb of storage, thats something like 80,000 photos. I uploaded 1300 photos effortlessly! Very good screen quality. Flexible setup options. Good customer service, i had some questions and got them answered. I like this unit a lot.

I bought this as a christmas gift, when it arrived I opened it to put photos on it for my fiance, initial set up worked fine, added photos through the app, the transitions between photos wasn't great but whatever and then I boxed it back up and wrapped it. Fiance opened it and tried putitng photos on, wouldn't let her pair, wouldn't even connect to my account that was already on there. Couldn't add photos, couldn't reset anything and nothing was working on the frame. Did research and the company doesn't support this product so the app that is the only way to use this thing doesn't work and basically makes this frame useless.
