Cramer Q.D.A. Taping Base Spray for Athletic Tape, Wrapping, 8 Ounce

I am big guy who sweats a lot. Because I have the softest skin known to man, as well as every hand injury possible in my sport. I'm the only bowler I know or have ever seen who wraps their thumb in tape for bowling. This was a nightmare for years with tape slipping, falling apart, losing the feel, etc. problems while bowling. Especially during the Summer time while sweating. Finally after a disastrous tournament where my thumb tape falling apart made me want to put my head through a wall and after a number of silly things that didn't work. I finally found Cramer's QDA Spray and it has been a godsend. I can now play for hours and hours while drenched in hot Summer weather and my tape stays perfect the whole time without effecting my bowling release! Really fantastic stuff!!! This Cramer's QDA Spray allows me a full day of 100-200 bowling ball clean releases off my taped thumb, with a 15 pound bowling ball literally pulling and ripping on my tape every shot, with my tape never becoming a problem. A true God send after years of struggling with this.If you're having issues with your tape in whatever sport you're playing, give this stuff a try. It's been the magic bullet for me.

This tape adhesive spray base is FABULOUS!!!!! It makes my k tape last so much longer, including the ends.I had some tape on that lasted 5 days that endured walking through sand on a beach 1x, walking in a lake, AND bathing 3 times. I finally pulled the tape off because I made the mistake of not letting the tape dry thoroughly before putting my shoes on & then walked through the sand again..the sand got under the edges of the tape and it started to roll on the ends. Had I only worn the tape & not walked through the sand, it probably would have lasted my whole trip. This spray is a game changer!I've had this tape on my feet for 7 days and it has NOT budged. The ends are a bit frayed, but there is NO edge curling, etc. I haven't walked in any sand, but have worn socks & shoes, & have walked barefoot outside multiple times. Plus the first day I put the spray & tape on we went hiking. I've bathed too, & it's not budging.I am VERY happy with this spray. It makes my k tape last days longer & for someone who doesn't have to cut the tape into thin strips like I do for lymphedema, it will last even longer because the thicker strips are even more durable.My PTs & docs said the black Kinesio tape stays the best on areas where there are curves & it's harder to keep the tape on. This spray with the black Kinesio tape have helped so much with my swelling.One caveat about the spray is that it can & will stick to other things too (lint, socks, carpet if you're sitting on your taped feet like I do sometimes), so use enough, but don't go crazy & be careful what surface you spray it on your body over...you may want to put a towel under your foot, etc if you'll get the spray on the floor, furniture, etc.To use it:Spray it on, let it dry (it will feel tacky, but not wet), apply the tape, & off you go..just how the bottle advises.I use regular soap and water to wash the residual spray off of my feet...you can also do a once over after the soap & water with rubbing alcohol, but I don't find it necessary.I WILL purchase it again.

If you’re an athlete who uses it tape a lot or wraps this is a good a** product. Helps the tape stay on longer and it makes it more durable you could say. I love it though, as an athlete who uses kt tape a lot during my tournaments, this helps out a lot. Definitely recommend! Also note that you should keep it at room temperature or it’ll go bad.

Adheres really well. It would be useful if it came with a narrower spray option- unless you hold it right up against you, it sprays all over the place. But once it’s on, it’s not going anywhere. Even in water, lakes, showering, it stays in place well.

I sweat a lot and must wear k tape on my knee. The k tape comes off during running however when I spray this spray on my knee before hand the tape does not come off.It does leave a residue on knee but it’s easily washed off

Helps your kinesiology tape stay in place at least twice as long. I use the tape for a hand injury which means it typically doesn't stay on long. With Cramer QDA, I don't have to change the tape twice a day. My daughters and their competitive dance teammates use it to keep their costumes in place at competitions and performances. They've also used it to keep their prom/formal dresses from moving. It will also keep shoes from sliding. We all have sensitive skin and haven't had any adverse reactions. We've also used it between clothes layers to prevent sliding. It hasn't stained fabric we've used it on, but you probably want to test it on an inconspicuous spot first. So many uses, you'll always keep a can around.

Firstly, shouldn't KT Tape stay on by itself?? That being said This works to a point, we are in Florida, it is hot and humid and we sweat. KT tape by itself last about 15-20 minutes, after shower and cleaning the area with alcohol and allowing to dry completely. Applied Spray and waited about 20 minutes was dry and tacky, then applied KT tape. Lasted about an hour before peeling off on knee application.

Dislike, the spray top, if you don't keep the cover on, the little stem breaks off easily if you have it in for example a baseball bag and it gets tossed around.Maybe they can come up with a different kind of spray tip so the little stem isn't there to break off.Aside from that the product works great, I use it for Quadricep Sleeves so they don't slip, spraying them before putting on the sleeves for Softball/Sports.

Works very well with rock tape but not with KT tape
