Nice insoles

I just ordered two sets and will try it for running later today. My first personal impression is:-Good things are 1) very comfortable and sure ii will absorb shock effectively 2) my foot pain is totally disregarded after putting it on;Bad things 1) the insoles are a bit heavier than other similar products and such weight is not friendly for speed running 2) don’t know why the base is designed with glue for sticking into the shoe base, it is not friendly for cleaning after running 3) the insoles are thick and your shoes size must be a bit bigger than usual sizeIn general, it’s very comfortable and I shall try to use for recovery run. If the above defeats are fixed, I believe these insoles should be perfect

I suffer from nerve damage in my feet. I’ve tried several options and decided to give these a try.The instructions say to take out the original insole and trace and make this particular insole fit into your shoe. Then discard old oneI opted to combine the old insole and new gel insole. And FOR ME.. this wasn't perfect but really helpful🫤

I walk for about an hour several times a week, averaging around 10 to 15 miles in a week. I wear Nikes and my feet get sore so I thought I would try new insoles. These ones fit perfectly in my shoes, I bought the xs, I wear a size 7 in women's. The heal of the insole is too thick, so it pushed my foot forward so my toes felt squished and it raised my heal so it didn't fit snuggly into the heal of the shoe. After about 40 minutes/2.5 miles my toes hurt and my heal rubbed so much I could barely walk. I ended up cutting my walk short and taking the insoles out. These could possibly be comfortable in different shoes that have more room.

These inserts are amazingly comfortable and fit perfectly. I ordered a second pair.

These replacement insoles make my brooks shoes feel heavy and they are uncomfortable to my feet. Let the return time lapse or else I would definitely return them.

Second best inner soles I've every used, and I go through a half doz pairs a year. The ones from my Podiatrist are best and 10 x the cost. If I'm not abusing my feet badly I can save those and just use these, with my Drs blessing. Stop buying cheap flat wears out in a few weeks inner soles. Save your feet. You'll need them for a long long time.

Good quality liner and is very comfortable. The only drawback is that it is heavy.

Arch was too high for my liking.

After use for 2 weeks on my daily walk made my sciatica worse! Switched back to foam inserts…Sciatica gone!

Not as comfortable as others I have tried

It doesn't appear to take any foot pain away.
