If you don’t have an Ace wrap get one of those too!
Love this cold/heat pack! At first I thought it was too big. I bought it to use on my foot after a painful surgery. But I started using it to completely wrap my foot up and secure it with an Ace wrap so it doesn’t slide off. It’s perfect and so soothing. I’ve never heated it, but can 100% vouch for the cooling. Happy happy happy with this purchase.

Great Ice Pad
Exactly what I was as looking for. This is the same type of Ice pad my Chiropractor gave me years ago, that I needed to replace. Works great and is flexible.

So helpful for my daily headaches!
My chiropractor gave me one of these to put on my neck and shoulders when I'm having one of my daily tension headaches and/or migraines. It helps so much! I've never seen an ice pack so large and it's the perfect size for my shoulders/neck. I bought a second one to keep at work so I can use it during the day. Highly recommend!

Comfortable cooling
The wife’s favorite cooling ice packs. Flexible gel packs wrap around the painful area and provide relief. They stay cool longer than a regular ice pack. However when they get older they will leak gel and make a mess.

Perfect ice bag
I was introduced to this brand by my chiropractor who uses them for his practice.I decided to buy one and I’m glad I did. Perfect size for my back and it is Durable and the cold last a long time ( I use for 3O min). The pack is very thin and flexible.I have not used it as a heat pack but supposedly works great for that slso
