SODIAL(R) Pro Dual Head EMT Stethoscope for Doctor Nurse Vet Medical Student Health Blood Purple

This is a simple, low-price stethoscope. Due to its bargain price and some reviewers referring to using it for fancy dress parties, I even wondered if it was actually a toy but I need not have worried. It is a real stethoscope and it performs as it should.The ear pieces are not the most comfortable but I could not expect luxury at this price level. The instructions also could be clearer rather than obvious Chinglish but, for the price, again I cannot complain. I have just one observation - when using the 'flat' side, place your thumb or finger over the hole on the dome otherwise you may not hear anything.The stethoscope works exactly as hoped and is ideal for listening to a heartbeat and lungs (I have been monitoring the progress of my own chest infection with it) or other internal sounds. I have also used it for monitoring my rabbits, listening to their hearts, lungs and gastro-intestinal sounds, the latter being especially important in rabbits which can be prone to gastric stasis.For anyone looking for a cheap, reliable stethoscope which works, don't be deterred by the low price, as I nearly was. This performs well and offers incredible value for money.

I actually bought these so I can take the head part off and use the ollow tube to try and chase an airleak fauly on the fuel inection on my car (for this they worked perfectly).I will say that a medically trained friend tried them and stated "they are rubbish (ok, not quite a direct quote) and dont work" It is fair to say that they probably dont work very well as we could not really hear a heartbeat and yet I am sitting here typing this so this leaves me one of 2 conclusions,1 I am a zombie (but I kinda think zombies do nt tend to write amazon reviews)2 The product doesnt work wellI will let you decide which one of the 2 conclusions is most accurate - lol

The bell is broken. It just keeps coming apart and is completely unusable. I can’t send it back because I have the ‘rona and it’s not worth the effort and putting others at risk by trying to send it back. Very disappointing.

Works but not a amazingly. It is cheap though and fine for fancy dress.

Really cheaply made, so hurts your ears after a while! But they are good for the price as they actually work.. once I could afford a Littmann this ended up in my daughters dressing up box and she loves it!

My daughter asked for a stethascope of santa, she is only 5 so didnt want to spend a lot. After the mixed reviews i decided to go for it anyway as its only £3. Its brilliant, works perfectly and my daughter was over the moon with it. Everyone who came round xmas day got a health check, the cat amazed her most though.

These are fine for a kids dress-up toy, but they don’t really work very well as a stethoscope. Can’t hear much through them, but for the price what would you expect!

Ich habe es als Spielzeug für meine Tochter gekauft und bin überrascht. Entgegen anderer Meinungen ist der Herzschlag recht gut zu hören und man kann auch mal horchen, was der Darm so treibt. Meine Tochter findet es toll.Ein echtes medizinisches Instrument ist es sicher eher nicht, aber für unsere Zwecke top.
