When you have a new great niece on the block, quality and safety are the first priority when buying toys. That and a recommendation for gift ideas from mum!My niece chose this item and sent through the link, although I had already purchased and was more than happy with, a previous toy by Lamaze, for a friend's baby.The company makes toys which are sturdy, tactile, often noisy and very colourful. Just right to stimulate those young senses.They may not be the cheapest of toys, but you really do get what you pay for, and what price safety for someone little you love!

I haven't given this to my baby yet as it's a Christmas present (he's 6 months) but I've had a little play myself.I'm so impressed. It's bigger than I thought, so it will be easy for him to play with.The musical keys? are very sensitive so they make noise when you lightly touch them. Which will be easy for him to do.The colours are vivid and it's a nice material. I can't fault it at all at the moment. My 5 & 6 year old liked testing it out too.

I read the previous reviews and thought I'd chance it.... I wish I hadn't bothered! The piano is really dodgy the sound follows a few seconds after the button has been pressed. It's a great toy otherwise but if we're not using the sound then it was a lot of money for a toy with a big box in the middle for the batteries. Very disappointed.

As expected. Absolutely amazing, I am sure that my 10 months old nephew will love it. Textures, colours and patterns all in one with either the piano or melody activated by touching (very sensitive) I lost count but at least 6 different one! Even I was captivated by it! You can set on the bottom under the Velcro closing, where you can also turn it off entirely. Beware though, the battery comes already installed and mine leaked - thankfully contained in the plastic casing. Otherwise happy.

I love the idea of this product and wish it worked as intended. I had great visions of our little one working the keys and bashing out a tune for us. Sadly it wasn’t to be. The keys seem to get stuck and then a very light press ends up striking about three keys at once. The fault then swings in the other direction and you virtually have to hit it to get any noise out of it. In the end we had to return it for a refund as it would play a melody quite happily in its own without even being touched. Our daughter ended up avoiding it at all costs like it was some sort of possessed toy.

I am very disappointed of this.Basicly I love Lamaze toys,so I was very excited to buy another one.Unfortunately, this toy is completely useless, doesn't work properly or at all.The new batteries which I used changed nothing, so looks like I bought just nice, expensive soft toy and nothing more.

I’m a big fan of Lamaze toys - every Lamaze toy that my 8 month old little boy has, he loves.When I came across this I HAD to buy it. When it arrived, I have to admit I thought it was a bit on the large side for a baby of 8 months but my little boy loves it. Once he discovered the piano, he was absolutely fascinated. Needless to say he’s not stopped hitting it to make it play music!

We bought this for our son who is 7 months. Unfortunately there was a loose connection. Most of the time it just played the same note over and over and over again. Very annoying. Returned in the end. Unfortunately I would not recommend even though the fabric and colours were nice.

Wir haben dieses Zebra unseren Zwillingen zu Weihnachten geschenkt.Das Zebra ist sehr gut verarbeitet, riecht nicht nach Chemie und ist sehr ansprechend.Uns gefällt vor allem, dass 2 Varianten der Musik gewählt werden können. So ist es auf Dauer für uns nicht anstrengend 🤪 und für die Kinder nicht langweilig immer die selbe Melodie /Tastensound zu hören.Es ist nicht zu laut und auch nicht zu leise. Zudem gibt es viel zu erkunden neben der Musik und unseren Zwergen gefällt das Zebra nach wie vor.Ich würde es weiterempfehlen!

Ho acquistato questo regalo per mio figlio di 7 mesi. A parte il fatto che dopo poco più di un mese si è rotto, l’utilità é scarsa. Per il prezzo non cui viene proposto si può scegliere assolutamente giochi migliori.

Generell ist Lamaze Babyspielzeug sicher zu empfehlen. Dies allerdings nicht. Die Enttäuschung liegt in erster Linie an einer mangelhaften Produktbeschreibung. Das beginnt schon mit der fehlerhaften Wiedergabe des Namens: Es heißt Cosimo Concerto und nicht Concierto. Dann wird behauptet, das Teil habe eine ganze Oktave an Noten. Merke: Eine Oktave hat 8 Töne, wie der Name schon sagt. Das war bei lediglich 4 Tasten schon zweifelhaft, aber sie hätten theoretisch ja doppelt belegt sein können, z.B. oben auf die Taste drücken/unten auf die Taste drücken.So können Babys bzw. Kleinkinder eben keine eigene Musik kreieren; es gibt wohl kaum Lieder mit nur 4 Tönen (wobei ein 5.Ton erklingt, wenn man auf das Lamaze-Schild drückt.) Dazu muss man erwähnen, dass man innen auf dem Batteriepack einen kleinen Hebel auf "2" stellen kann. Dann ertönt je nach Taste ein vorgefertigtes nerviges Gedudel á la China. Spätestens nach drei Durchgängen schaltet man dann enttäuscht auf "off", und es ertönt erfreulicher Weise: "Bye Bye". Mit Kreativität und musikalischer Förderung hat das alles nichts zu tun.Bleibt das bunte Kuscheltier. Da die Beine aber als kleine Beutelchen ausgeführt sind, kann das Vieh nicht stehen, nur auf der Seite liegen oder platt alle Viere von sich gestreckt. Außerdem ist ein Clip für Kinderwagen, Babyschale oder Bett eben n i c h t enthalten, so dass es sich nicht befestigen lässt. Rauswurf ist also vorprogrammiert, was besonders prekär ist, da das Vieh sich nicht waschen lässt, besonders sinnvoll bei einem auf einer Seite schneeweißen Gesicht. Es läßt sich nur feucht abwischen. Das ist auch dem Batteriepack geschuldet, das sich nicht herausnehmen lässt, sondern, durch einen 9 cm langen Klettverschluss gesichert, im Bauch vernäht ist. Fazit: Das Teil ist ein Flop und geht zurück, obwohl ich, um es auszuprobieren, um den nicht vorhandenen Clip zu suchen und um an die in der doppelten Rückwand versteckte Bedienungsanleitung zu gelangen, den Umkarton weitgehend zerstören musste. Kaufen Sie Ihrem Baby lieber ein schönes, aus vielen verschiedenen bunten Stoffen genähtes Kuscheltier für die taktilen und visuellen Reize, gern auch von Lamaze, und für die Schulung des Gehörs ein kleines Xylophon. Dann braucht Sie auch der merkwürdige Warnhinweis:" Vorsicht! Enthält Spielzeug" nicht weiter zu irritieren.
