this item is very lightweight, and that may be a plus for some people. It seems to be made of a very light metal and a lightweight wood. It is very pretty and smooth and I enjoy having it in my hands.? It does have a light rose sent which is delightful. Of course, I do not know how long the rose scent will last. Perhaps it will last a long time if you keep it in a case rather than leaving it out all the time.

This rosary necklace is BEAUTIFUL. It has a nice, heavy feel to it. I thought it was neat that they are lightly scented and even came with a little prayer card. I would recommend this as a gift to any of the devoted in your life.

This is a good rosary for the price and it comes nicely packaged with prayer card instructions. The medals are not high quality but adequate for the price.
