I bought this to replace an old chandelier style fixture in what was once the dining room of my house. We no longer use it as such so a heavy hanging fixture was a big hassle since there isn't a table in the room anymore and hitting it with your head was awful.This hugs the ceiling closer than any of the ceiling fan fixtures already in place elsewhere in the house and it is SO QUIET in comparison to the others.Love the nightlight setting that puts gentle warm light upward and also the fact that it is so easy to change light temperature with the regular light settings. The brightness variability is excellent, too. I have a really difficult time seeing to complete tasks in warm lighting, but my spouse can't handle the white light all of time and especially in the evening, so the ability to immediately switch it up from warm to white and back has been an outstanding quality of life improvement for us!The fan changes directions for winter versus summer function. My only complaint is that the fan direction has to be reset every time the unit gets turned off. That is a very small thing to have to accommodate for, though.Installation was a little futzy for us due to age of the wiring in our home, but honestly we only ended up having to replace some connectors and that was it. If you're installing this in a place newer than the 40s/50s you should be in great shape as long the wiring was installed well from the start. We also had to purchase a new masonry but to drill the attachments into our very hard 1930s plaster ceiling and marking through the holes in the base where we needed the anchor holes to go was a comedy production trying alone, but with 2 people out was really fast and easy. I would never ever have been able to hold up the old fixture for the few minutes out took too get the wiring connected, but at only around 7 pounds this unit was eminently doable while my partner did the wire connections. The included holder for the remote came with a command strip sort of adhesive so we didn't even have to put a home in the wall to install that, which I really love and appreciate.I would absolutely purchase this fixture again. I love being able to dim or raise the lighting, switch it to nightlight mode, and operate the fan all with the remote right next to me instead of having to go futz with a wall switch. Added bonus is that the fan blades are sort of enclosed, so I don't have to stress about whether my bird gets loose with the fan running because they won't get hit with the big heavy blades! And again, my one complaint is about having to adjust the fan direction every time the unit turns on/off, but it's a very small thing.

This is a really nice light and fan. I love the lighting effects from the RGB back light and the main light goes from a very dim night light to a very bright room light and the light temp options are nice. I swapped out the old ceiling fan because the blades just collect dust and keep the room dusty. This new fan is much smaller but puts out a very nice air flow and at multiple speeds. It will be a while before I can determine if this will also collect dust as much. I live in Phoenix Arizona so there is plenty of dust. The ability to adjust the fan and light with my smart phone and remote are cool. Alexa seems to have a problem making it work. I setup the routine and I can hear Alexa acknowledging the command, but nothing happens, still working on that. **Update** I fixed the Alexa issue by making a simpler command so now it works with Alexa also.

The media could not be loaded.  I was really bummed this was rose gold and not gold.This is our third one of these fixtures, 2 black & 1 “gold”. They are soooo easy to install and the remote makes function very simple.The fan has a beautiful, soothing, little hum to it that I love but if you’re looking for a silent fan this is not for you.

I've shown the fan installed in my small mobile home bedroom; the ceilings are low (7') and we had a regular ceiling fan that hung pretty low. I love this fan/light. It was lightweight, and aside from a small snag installing, it went very easily. The old box inside the ceiling had one of the screw receivers broke, so I had to screw the top of the fan into the wood surrounding the electrical box, and it went smooth sailing after that. While there is a hanging wire so one person could work unassisted while connecting the electrical connectors, it does help to have someone to hold it up while you work. We are two in our 70s, and this was quite easy to install. As you can see, it is plastic above the light area, which I expected, and it runs very quietly and puts out enough draft to sleep comfortably without having to get up in the night and turn the fan. I love the various light settings, and of course, LED lighting which is economical to operate. If you want to install really safe, you will have to get some electricians tape to tape up the plastic connectors after using them to connect the wiring. Everything else (besides the screw driver, of course) is included with the fan. I downloaded the app for my phone, but have not get got it synced.

The price point is reasonable and well on point with the average market going rate. While not my favorite color selection, it’ll most definitely do. I think black or gold or possibly white framing/fan would’ve looked even better for my particular circumstance, however, this should do fine.I’ve never seen anything quite like it, I had no idea something like this even existed up until now. I’m normally use to seeing the more “traditional” type fan units, but now that I’ve got my hands on one of these, I don’t think I’ll ever consider ye ol fashion type again.Installation was a breeze, much simpler than installing the more typical ceiling fan fixtures. Much more of a straightforward process in just about every way. We installed this in our master bedroom and it works great at circulating the air.Let’s talk about the design concept for a sec - love it! As already stated, it’s like nothing I’ve ever seen before, had no idea these even existed for the average consumer. Love the flush look of it all with the fan embedded within the housing fixture sitting flush with the wrap around LED ring light - love it! NOTE: this unit doesn’t sit flush to the ceiling, you’ll need some clearance from the ceiling due to the fan/motor. It’s a flush look when glancing from the ground up, however it does protrudes from the ceiling.This unit comes with a handy physical remote as well as an app which you can install on your mobile device for direct control. The fan unit and light itself all work great and come with the common type features you come to expect with a modern ceiling fan i.e. light dimming and temperature color change as well as the typical speed/control settings for the actual fan unit itself. Great stuff!

I have installed and used quite a few traditional ceiling fans over the years and they all work well, but this is definitely a nice upgrade from those.Since it is all plastic it is much lighter in comparison to the older ceiling fans you may be used to, but it moves about the same amount of air as those. The lighting system is also fairly bright and I like the colour change and dimmable options which allow you to tailor it to your needs (sleeping, reading, etc.). Like a traditional fan, it is fairly quiet on the lower settings and gets a bit noisier as you increase the level. The package comes complete with a remote (batteries included), a QR code to download the app, and all the hardware you need for mounting. I found it pretty easy to mount since it is so light and the app worked well once I got it paired.Overall, this is a nice all-in-one fan that comes in a complete package. It is also priced in line with a traditional fan with remote/light so I can’t really find anything to complain about. If you are in the market for a ceiling fan, give this one a look.Recommended.Good luck with your decision/purchase
