Huperzine A is an important supplement for brain health, and this comes in a handy pouch that comes straight through the letter box, and is excellent quality and price.

At first I did not think nothing of the product however after a few weeks it made a big difference to how I process information.

These little tablets are cheap and they work. They also make me feel very relaxed when I take them before bed, which is an added bonus. I purchased them to help me remember my dreams and I notice that I recall with much greater detail when I take this Huperzine A. I got a bit bold and took 3 tablets one night but it made me vomit (apparently this is a side-effect with overdose), so now I only take 1, sometimes 2. I'm not sure how safe it is to take these long-term so I take them for a maximum of a week and then have a week off, or I just take them occasionally.EDIT: I should say that I was taking it every night and as time went on I started to become exhausted in the daytime, which makes sense because my brain was so active during the night while the HupA doing its thing. I still love it, I just take it occasionally now. Or I will set an alarm for the middle of the night, so that I get good quality sleep for a few hours, wake up and take a pill, then go back to sleep and dream in the latter part of the night only.

I take this medicine for myasthenia gravis it works as well (if not better) than mestinone and there are les side effects, this company are very reliable and delivery is excellent.I would definitely recommend this brand plus it works out cheaper than most other brands. I also like the packaging as well it can be posted through the letter box if I am not in which is bery convenient.

I have tried simular products before which gave me enhanced focus and intense lucid dreams. I am not sure if this product actually works, or if its just a placebo effect.

Another short and sweet review. I bought this after reviews that it helps cognitive function and probably good to help with sleep (as I don't sleep many hours and wake up quite alot! And thought it would be useful for health and weight lifting..). Having read reviews on Examine to ensure I wasn't buying into hype, I searched and these came up as affordable and in the dosage required to be of benefit. It arrived in a padded envelope and all separately within the bag as shown in the product picture of this review (a small, thin, plastic re-sealable bag). I take one a night about an hour before bed. Can I say I've noticed any benefits - not really - but it may just be me not paying enough attention! I do retain and process information extremely well, and learn very quickly - so it may help with this. It doesn't appear to have done any harm, and I'm still here writing this review - as with any supplement - you should research first to make sure there are no contra-indications personally before taking anything.

I have been taking this supplement for a couple of years now. I don't know for sure if it helps my memory, but my reasoning is that it certainly can't hurt, and may even improve it. All I know is that although I still forget some things, overall I manage quite well with my day to day living (I am 77 years old). It definitely gives me a bit of extra confidence.

Great for lucid dreaming and OBEs. Recall is much easier as well as control during. Good for general cognition. I only use occasionally but no adverse affects.
