After only 2.5 months, the glasses keep separating from the clip. they are too fragile for everyday use, dont recommend it

These seemed like such a good idea that we immediately ordered them when we saw them available. I have a pair of glasses that it would have been great to wear these on so I could flip them up or down when I needed the extra magnification.There were 2 huge issues -1. The hinge seems as if it was engineered by someone who never saw a working hinge before. Even if they didn't have a good reference, they could have found one online or done some testing before sending these for manufacturing.2. The size seems to be based on glasses that a small child would wear. My glasses are normal width but before the hinge failed these were only around 3/4 wide enough. Again, a little research into the average width of an adult frame, which I was able to ask Alexa and got the answer right away, would have resulted in a usable product.The 1-star rating we gave these is generous. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money on these.

This reading glass is a good addition to people who have already been wearing glasses. It's easy to attach the clip onto your glasses and whenever you don't need it, you can easily flip it up and back on when you are reading again. It works for me and does the job well!
