Literally just doesn’t work. Got a literal phone engineer to look at it and he couldn’t get it to work. Very disappointing.

superior phone -looks great, works very well, great quality and has a loud old phone ring. 88 year old Aunt loves it!!!

It's a good solid phone and works well, only problem is the 'ring' is too soft, if I'm in another room I just can't hear it, has a switch on the bottom supposedly to make it louder, but honestly can't really tell the difference? If they could give it a louder ring, they'd have a winner!

Very chintzy. No heft to it. When you set something down, you want it to stay put. This will pull right off a table. The jacks in the back have only 2 wires, not the proper 4 wires. The cord is also a cheap, chintzy plastic, 2 wires. The coiled cord has proper wires.The bells have a switch with two positions. One position reads louder. Suggesting there is no ringer off. There should be a wheel that adjust the bell louder and softer, and there should be heft to the item. It's as if it is for props only. Not made well, nor with quality one should expect for paying for.

Bought this as a bit of a novelty. Works very well. Ringer is loud and the voice volume is very clear and adjustable.
