Cascadia Soapery Travel Set Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Soap

Wow! I recently stayed at a hotel that was using this entire line. At first the packaging is really cute, and gives off a high quality vibe with a great name. It has words like natural, organic and sustainable on the back of the bottles. When reading the ingredients list there where several words that I couldn't even say, which was the first red flag for me. I took the product home and did some searches on these ingredients and these products have some scary stuff in them. I would highly recommend that you do your own research before purchasing these products. I feel like this is false advertising at its finest! Good on them though to have biodegradable packaging, but I'm not willing to risk my health to use it.

I absolutely love these products by Cascadia Soapery, It is unfortunate that they are not available in larger quantities as they are trademarked by Red Lion Hotels. I've booked rooms at locations near to home just to be able to use it!I'm looking to purchase the Mint and Aloe Body Wash only, but I don't see it available other than the travel set. Is this something that will be available to buy in the future? Hotel stays are getting quite expensive!

FYI the so called "natural" skincare, is NOT so natural! Containing ingredients of "TRIETHANOLAMINE" used in a number of different cosmetic, health, and beauty products, is considered moderately dangerous. Despite FDA approval, it should never be used long term, as it has been proven to have detrimental effects on human skin, on the immune system and has been classified as a respiratory toxicant. Clinical tests show that high doses of triethanolamine have caused liver, bladder, and testicular cancer in laboratory animals. And "DIAZOLIDINYL UREA" a formaldehyde-releasing preservative!!!!! Don't be fooled! Stay Away from these!
