Only put out 13 volts when I plugged it in ...
Only put out 13 volts when I plugged it in. Tried to open up the casing to fix it and the circuit board was completely encased in glue. Now I can’t return it and it’s 20 dollars down the drain.

I doesn't use it on a light but I did some neet experiments with it and it works great

I am using this to create arcs but i have to wiggle the cord each time the arc disconnects is that an issue or did you make it like that
