I'd been looking for a reasonably priced EV charge cable ever since I got a Tesla EV in 2016. Now I needed a non-tesla plug because I found myself in a rented EV. I'll have it likely for weeks and it didn't come with a charge cable. This charger works perfectly. I recommend it. And with the J1772 adapter, it will become my traveling cable for the Tesla. I'm thankful that these folks finally offer this fine charger affordably.

What a waste of time, this charger is trash. Started to charge but stop when voltage hit 11 amps. Couldn't get into contact with customer service because the number was disconnected.

40 Amp adjustable
This is a great charger. I own 13 other chargers and this is one of my favorite because it outputs 40 amps and is adjustable in 1 amp increments after 32. Wow, impressive features at the best price in town.

Works great.
The media could not be loaded. One of my favorite features of this charger is the ability to set the charge start time. I can easily schedule the charging to start during off-peak hours, which saves me money on my electricity bill. This feature is a game-changer for me, and I'm sure it will be for many others as well.Another great thing about this charger is its portability. I can easily take it with me wherever I go, whether I'm going on a road trip or simply visiting a friend's house. And, the fact that it can be used both indoors and outdoors makes it incredibly versatile. Finally, the build quality of this charger is excellent. Nice charger!

Doesn't Even Work
This charging cable was supposed to be equipped with a timer so I can set it for late hours so I can save on my electric bill. I pushed the button that would do this, but it didn't work. There is no webpage for this company, and there is no phone number either.

faulty. used for just over the 30 day return policy. had to buy a new one. (NOT the same brand).

Worth buying.
Well packaged.I recently purchased the Level 2 EV Charger (G2) and I am extremely impressed with its performance and features. The charger is very easy to use and the 16.4ft cable is the perfect length for my needs. It's great that I can set a charge start time and not worry about monitoring the charging process.The charger is also very portable, which means I can take it with me wherever I go. The NEMA 14-50 plug is compatible with most electric cars, which is very convenient. I have used it both indoors and outdoors and it works great in both environments.The charging speed is amazing, and it charges my car much faster than a Level 1 charger. It's great that I can get a full charge in just a few hours, which saves me a lot of time. The build quality is also very impressive, and I can tell that this charger is built to last. Worth buying!

It's not an L1 charger.
The description lists it as a dual L1 and L2 portable charger but it appears only to have an L2 plug. Not good.
