RC Boat for Kids and Adults, Fast Racing Boats for Lakes and Pools, 2.4GHz Electronic Remote Control Boat and Rechargeable Battery (Green)

We’ve used this RC boat a few times and it is so fast it’s only usable in a very large pool. Might be best for a calm pond or lake. Water gets inside ours, but doesn’t seem to effect the performance. We just make sure to open it to dry after use.

This boat really flies out on the lake and has decent battery life. Seems like the battery had maybe ~20 minutes. Unfortunately, I have yet to find another battery. The battery does take a while (maybe 2 or 3 hours) to charge so a 2nd battery would be nice to have on hand.I liked that there is a means to adjust the top speed when the trigger is pulled on the remote. If you adjust that top speed down a bit you can get a little bit more out of the battery. You can also adjust the trim of the turning.It indeed has the warning sounds when the battery is low and if you take it out of range. I like that the warning will give you enough time turn the boat back to you before going out. I have not tested the range- but have had it out about 90 feet.If you use it on a lake, watch out for under water vegetation as it can get wound around the rotor and slow or stop the craft.Overall, I really enjoy playing with this remote controlled boat.

My son was excited to use an Amazon gift card that he received from his grandparents to purchase this RC boat. We searched for good reviews of a reliable toy that would hold up, as we've purchased lesser models before and they did not last long. Unfortunately, after a brief 4 uses in our swimming pool, this boat also stopped working. After the first use, there was water in the hull and it started acting "glitchy" to use my 10 year old's words. I told him to open it and dry it out in the sun, and this worked. The next time he used it, it was fine. However, by the 4th use, it was unreliably receiving input from the controller and then it stopped working competely. Upon inspection, a soldered wire is no longer attached. I reached out the [email protected] email on the warranty card and did not receive any response. If I didn't have four kids to care for, I'd try fixing it, but would rather pay a few extra dollars for a toy that doesn't come apart within a few uses!

Super fast for a little boat. The rudder has a wide range of steering control from being able to turn on a dime and do a cookie, to a slow gradual turn for excellent high speed control. Simple designs are often the best! This boat is basic but solid quality and not a whole lot could break on these.

The propeller fins break easily and it seems impossible to find replacements on line. Guess I'll try to find a large hobby store around Phoenix.

Fast and fun to drive. But leaks water after a few uses and that gets into the steering servo and makes it go haywire

Awesome boat with deceptive speed. Controls are easy to use!

Works well in a river. Combined the batteries lasted about 25-30 minutes, but that was going full speed that entire time.
