A short and snappy book that, as the blurb suggests can be read in about an hour, but is probably best treated as something to flick back to for two minutes now and then. It is another case of mostly common sense advice, but as that is all it claims to be, then it can hardly be faulted since everything is broken down and reduced to key points.It is all stuff that is all too often forgotten by people wrapped up in business, so perhaps would be a good thing to have lying around by the coffee machine in offices everywhere. Other than that it is a short book that gets its many points over quickly and clearly, which is definitely something to be applauded when it comes to this sort of genre.
