GREAT Product!!!
Exactly what I was looking for! Needed an Outdoor Shower with Handheld attachment. Didn't want to break through the Wall to run the water. This Unit is PERFECT. Comes with everything you need! Easy to install and Looks Fantastic. Spent Hours trying to find a product that would be good for my application, so I am hoping that this review helps others. This product is Quality and while the Shower Head is small ... it has plenty of pressure! The Shower Head pipe section is adjustable and slides to lock in your desired "head height". The Handheld "head" section .... I didn't use the one that came with the unit (I'm sure it works perfectly), but I need that section to wash my dogs and the one I screwed onto their Handheld Cord --- has more adjustments. It was easy to change out that section and I kept the one that came with their unit and will probably use it somewhere else! GREAT PRICE - PERFECT SHOWER SYSTEM

Good company to work with
Product was packaged well, all the parts required to install were in the box, no surprises at all. Product is well made and attractive. Installation instructions were remarkably good. Definitely worth the money. During installation I was too aggressive and inadvertently broke one of the brackets. An email to the vendor received an immediate response, and even though it was my fault it broke, the company replaced it for free and I was back up and running. This was a positive experience all around.

It is super hard to find an outdoor rated shower fixture with a hand shower. We specifically did not want one with a sunflower head. This was literally the only one that fit the bill. Sometimes I have my doubts about what the quality is going to be when it arrives, but we were pleased with the quality of this faucet. We installed it and have been using it for about three weeks now. One of the valves was slightly leaky, but my hubby was able to fix it with a small wrench. Fingers crossed that it holds up outside over the years.

The shower looks great and we LOVE it! We had a small issue and they were on top of it! Answered of all our questions and gave thee best customer service! They even reached out to us to see if everything was ok after installing. Would highly recommend this shower kit and their customer service is A+!! Thanks to Cinwiny!

Best Customer Service Ever
Great product for outdoor shower at the beech. A stopper valve possibly froze over the winter and the customer service I received from them was beyond incredibly good. They sent me new part to fix and emailed me like 15 times to make sure that everything was working correctly. Great product and great people!
