Leslie is so unlucky in love, and for each failed relationship there is a wedding dress. This story flits between the past and present to give a better understanding if what went wring with each relationship. This is a well written story which has palpable pain, emotions, fun, humor, twists, family, friendships, and love, which leads to an entertaining addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I recommend.

This was a story that hooked me more than I expected, pulling me in deep and ensuring I could not put it down. With plenty packed into the pages, I was addicted throughout and happily devoured it in no time. Well worth the read.

Not my usual sort of read, but this made for a very entertaining love story. It didn't take long to figure out what the ultimate end would be, but the path getting there was very well drawn out, leaving me wanting to know just how it would happen. Could easily be seen as a future movie or TV mini-series. Highly recommended!

This was a very enjoyable read, easy and comfortable like a warm cup of herbal tea with a shot of brandy! Mary Oldham is so good at character development that you'll be pulled in quickly. This romantic story is about Leslie Wescott's search for the great love of her life. You'll be transported into her world with ease and feel like you are personally experiencing her pain and pleasure, her losses and her good fortunes. She meets many men with ease but where is that one true love? The relationships are described so well and so are all the other characters in the book. Take this journey with Leslie and discover what a fabulous writer Mary Oldham is. I look forward to reading all of her novels.
