So I've tried this with fat burning cream and without. I always wear my sweat band with it too. It's thin. Wraps around the belly fine but even with or without cream it tends to roll up and I don't have an overly big belly. After my workouts it's rolled itself into a thin line. So it doesn't stay in place for me. I don't really notice that much difference in my sweat produced when comparing to using this vs just my sweat band. It was only $9 at the time of my purchased so no big deal. I probably won't purchase it again

Ordinary plastic wrap doesn’t make you sweat as much as I did using this product plus a belly fat crème and an addition waist trainer on top! Best results w/ drinking plenty of h20 and I left it on longer than an hour.! Preferably overnight. Not too tight.
