Best book on training I found so far
The book helps you to make progress in gaining strength. Case studies from experience shows what can happen if the training and/or recovery is incorrect.

Outdated and pseudo-scientific.
The book is basically a pamphlet, cut and pasted from his other books. The authors only solution to stagnation in training is "train less", whereas in the real wolrld athletes are able to train more by periodizing their loads over time. Also, the layout is horrible.
