I needed shorts for underneath a few shorter dresses and skirts, without the bulkyness of gym shorts and that didn't look like I am wearing correction underwear when the wind does lift up my skirt a bit. They are the perfect length for shorter skirts and dresses and very comfortable. I find that lots of correction underwear is often too suffocating and lots of gym shorts are bulky or cut into the upper legs, these shorts don't do any of that. I've ordered them in white and they are a bit see trough so you should probably wear skin toned underwear or white underwear with them but I don't mind. I did size up (usually I'm S/M) but L fits nicely without cutting into my legs).

Lovely soft and buttery feeling shorts. Good fabric and really comfortable. Purchased to wear under dresses that are above knee as some of my chub rub shorts are almost too long. Great for modesty.They are shorter than my other chub rub shorts (about a couple inches length from crotch) as in the picture. Bear this in mind as they wouldn't be long enough to be effective for me for that purpose.I purchased an XL (I'm a UK size 16). They are very stretchy fabric so if like a tighter fit size down.

Really comfy to wear under floaty dress - made me feel very secure!!!

Even when I wasn't a chubster I would get chub rub if I got too warm (What's a thigh gap?). I never did find any shorts I could wear under a skirt that didn't either ride up and make it worse because of the extra fabric chafing my inner thighs or leave a line around my thighs where the hem holds tight. These don't dig in and leave that dent and they don't ride up either. I have actually gone out wearing these as ordinary shorts and they have been very reliable. I love them and will buy more when these ones wear out.

These are tiny . I got xl (size 14 normally) as thought needed a bit bigger .... not a chance I could wear them and even my 11 year old grandaughter struggled to get them on! Complete waste of money

I really like these bike short undies. I can't have anything bunching into the crease of my legs. They stay put and look good under pants with minimal seam lines. I'm size 12-14 and they fit perfectly.

Large tops and XL bottoms usually fit me in all sorts of clothing. But I wanted to be comfortable wearing these under spring and summer dresses. So after reading other reviews to size up, I ordered an XXL and a 3XL. When I had tried similar products in the past, the ones that fit my abdomen and bum were always too snug around the bottom hemlines, giving my thighs an unsightly, upside-down muffin top that was noticeable (to me, anyway) through airy skirts and dresses. Well, the XXL in these are PERFECT for me!They're a comfortable, smooth fit over my thighs, even at the hemlines, and they don't ride up on my thighs. They don't fold down at the waist after sitting. They provide a nice, smoothing effect over my post-twin-pregnancy belly. These are exactly as I had hoped. Would definitely buy again.

They really are better than I expected. They are SO comfortable that I could practically live in them.I’m a thick-thighed woman so here are some things to note on that;~ They don’t overly squeeze my thighs and cause a crease (a little bit but again, not as I expected)~Just the right height on the waist if you don’t want full stomach coverage up to the bust line.~Just the right length, or pulled up shorter easily.~Material is almost sheer (the nude) so they’re like a second skin as far as comfort and invisibility under clothing, a great material.I’ll be purchasing a few more, truly worth it.

LIght fabric that stretches and stays put. Perfect for my Mother of the Bride dress. I may not need to use a slip. These cover my stomach and go just above my knees. and my dress fits more "smoothly."
