Thai Taste Southern Yellow Curry Paste 200g

I love cooking (and eating) Thai food and this is the best Thai curry paste I've ever found. It is the closest to a good restaurant thai curry ive found for home. So simple to use too. Just fry off rawness of paste for a few mins with veg before adding coconut milk. Such a quick 10 min meal with noodles. I sometimes add prawns to veg. I first discovered it on Ocado who then stopped stocking it. Very happy to have found it again.

I don’t know if the taste is authentic because I’ve never been to Thailand but it does taste just like the yellow curry in my fave Thai place in Manchester. It’s hot but not too hot. I use it with coconut milk to make a curry.
