Nice supplement

Nicely packaged pomegranate supplement in large, but not huge, capsules. I like the jar with a lid that isn't locked with a child-proof cap and is big enough I can open the jar easily. I live alone, so a child-proof cap isn't needed, but it may be something to consider. As these polyphenols are dried, I doubt they'd taste very good to curious children. But do take this into consideration, nonetheless.

After reading about urolithin, a chemical found in pomegranates and other foods, which has an antiaging effect like NAD and resveratrol et al., I researched it and discovered Toniq's extract; I decide to go w/ it as it's a lot less expensive than pure urolithin yet contains plenty of that. I was a bit concerned about the reviews complaining about broken capsules also so I contacted the company and they got right back to me and reassured me that there was no "problem" with their encapsulation process and that if people found broken capsules, the company would refund and replace their purchase. The upshot is that thisi product is the best I can find for a pomegranate supplement (35x concentration!). Pomegranate cleans out your arteries and prevents disease but you could never eat that many, so this product is a highly recommended investment in your health at whatever age.

Unable to provide any review since it arrived damaged: 1 or 2 caps broke and it's a mess in the jar. I had to discard it.

Hard to judge the benefits of supplements like antioxidants, but the product seems good.No noticable side-effects.

The media could not be loaded. First thing opening the container I noticed the capsules are brown in color, just looked not to be pomegranate, so I opened the capsule and notice it's gritty and looked like ground up seeds, so I put on a plate added water to dissolve and see bits of seeds. It says extract, not ground up seeds 🙄
