Well constructed canopy
Bought a house last year and this fall was the first time I have left my 3rd car out of the garage, ( 2 car garage, 3 cars to park). We have a small lot but it is full of oak trees. Acorns are falling and using my car as target practice. The hood is starting to look like hail damage so I needed a way to protect it.ProsThis is a very durable canopy. The frame is strong and would take quite a lot to knock it down. I haven't had any real strong winds yet, but I believe it will stand up to them. The sides and ends are a thick covering so I doubt they will tear by anything hitting it. Once the anchors were in the ground and ratcheted down, the canopy feels solid.ConsThe instructions are terrible. Only pictures and no explanation. Even the pictures for the installation didn't make a lot of sense so we had some rework on certain sections of the canopy installation; thus the 2 stars for assemble. Even the material list was incorrect. It showed 2 different length screws, which they were not, and the instructions, to my knowledge, didn't show where the 2 types should be used. A couple of hints; when you put the screws in the poles, put the nut on the inside. It will be easier to tighten after the canopy has been up for awhile. (Instructions showed a picture of this but I didn't understand what it was telling me.) Second, the ends and side coverings have the strap that you'll put in the ratchet to tighten down. Before you put these up, tape the end of the strap to the inside of the covering. If you stretch it too far while putting it up, the strap will slide into the sleeve and you'll have to find a way to pull it out later. So far the canopy has withheld a couple of rains. I'm expecting it will do fine if the winds pick up.

Need instructions
This came with a small booklet with only pictures for instruction. The company name is not even on the booklet. If I wanted to order spare parts I don't see how or where to do that. I would like to order a new front panel to replace the back panel so I could open both ends to drive thru. I will have to figure out how this thing goes together without any help from the company. There is no phone number in here to call. There are no videos in youtube to watch to help with putting this together. The product does not seem so bad but putting it together will take way to long without instructions. I would not really recommend this product to anyone that does want to work without instructions. This product may be good for a small compact car but not really enough room to get in and out of a compact SUV. Needs about 2 more feel to get enough room to get in and out.

Life is 1.5 yrs tops!
Invest in duct tape, people. Had this thing since Sept of 21, current, July of 23. Issues started mid year of 22.Fabric is very very brittle. All weather? No. Dark, damp and no weather is what it's best suited for. Why? Sun dries it out to where even if you look at it, poof, there's a hole. Patch it, there's another, and another. Unless it was, and could be, designed to gradually become a convertible and creates it own skylight. If so, I have a 5' one. And no, nothing punctured it. Had to place another tarp over it to avoid further damage and now the carport is continuously creating more airways. Smh.In conclusion. Go with canvas!!! No, really! Spend the extra money. You'll be happier than you think.Pictured is the whole that grew after patching and putting a tarp over the top. From a small pin hole patched on both sides with all weather tape, it grew to what you see! Please note: this color in this shape is no longer available!

It went up very easy. It only took a 12 pack to finish the job

a beast
the garage gets 5 stars, the assembly kit gets 3 stars, the final score is 4 stars. first there were no tent pegs to nail the center legs to the ground, there were no cable pieces to secure the corners to the screw/stakes (they were included) and lastly the instructions were just diagrams (there was no verbiage) i still couldn't decipher some even after it was assembled. and one tip don't try it on a breezy day!

Needs improvement
The biggest problem I fell was the Directions need improvement like maybe steps or at least clear her steps all it shows is pictures or is not one direction to what screws to use to what tools you would need to nothing that would be my biggest complaint other than that quality and output was satisfactory

JUNK!
I put this tent up on Oct 18th 2020 and tent was completely destroyed by December 26th 2020. It took me a whole day to put up tent....terrible instructions. A storm a week later pulled the anchors right out of the ground. Ordered a longer set of anchors costing $50 dollars. Had another storm and the tent was completely pulverized. Obviously the metal the frame was made of was absolute junk! Weak metal and crap hardware.....anchors nowhere near long enough to keep tent on the ground on a breezy day!! I want my money back!!
