I had bought a older model and it eventually broke down after 2+ years of use. This one is super sleek and works so well. Very intuitive and the addition of a locking mechanism is wonderful (I am clumsy and my dog doesn't deserve to pay for it lol). It holds a charge well and the different functions (noise, vibrate, and shock) provide a ton of flexibility while training.

I've purchased Amazon collars before with great success but this one has some extra features the others don't have.- On/Off button is a must have. I have previously given my dog a nasty surprise with my current collar when I bent over with the transmitter in my pocket.- A very handy strap (like a camera) so I can hang the transmitter on my saddle horn for easy access.- The collar has been made pretty much water proof because the manufacturer put an external *magnetic charging port on instead of a plug in. Well done !****Updated Rating: Unfortunately I didn't click the collar all the way and it fell off out on the trail. Not the collars fault. HOWEVER........loved this collar SO much I was prepared to buy another one. Even in this short period of time it is no longer available ! Utter disappointment. It was definitely the best design I saw online.

This review is for PetSpy N20 Dog Training Shock Collar. One of the pins connecting the collar to the device fell out and now the device is unusable. My dog is 46 lbs puppy and we only used it at a large field to help keep her from running off. Might have been used 10 times or less. I am 3 days outside of the return window of 30 days.One other thing I noticed is the lock can slide from lock to on in your pocket and it's possible that you could shock or alert the dog without meaning to. This is something that should be addressed.Trying to contact the seller to see if they will do anything. I would not recommend anyone buy this item.

Contact points I received are unusable due to one not being threaded.Now I have waste my time to return the product and drive to the post office to mail it in, and then now wait for a new one to comeCome on now PETSPY!!

The collar itself works well with a beep, vibrate and shock feature, but the straps are not well made. It has two cheap screws that hold the straps on and if they come undone the collar will fall off. They are small silver pieces that you can’t find so you have no way to connect the e collar portion back to the collar. This happened one week after we started using this collar. (Edit to say that the company contacted me to make this right, so they have good customer service. We also ended up finding another screw to fix the collar).
