Received in good shape and well packaged. So far packing has been doing well for me far as relaxing and sleeping. I wake up feeling refreshed. Looking forward to more health results. However I am working out and making better eating choices to go along with packing.

Stays in place .. happy overall

I use a piece of flannel between my skin and this as it was a pain to wash. Otherwise it works great. I rub in castor oil, use flannel then put the pack on. Works great.
