True Blue?
I bought these because True Blue is the best washing-up gloves around. However, when you first wear them you have to be very careful because they are so thick and have to be worn in over a couple of months. These gloves look like True Blue but they have none of the thickness I associate with the previous pairs that I have bought from catalogs. Don't know whether True Blue has downgraded their quality but I will not be buying these from Amazon again.

The best ever rubber gloves.
I have worn 'True Blues' rubber gloves for a number of years for washing up and gardening etc., and find them to be the best I have ever used. They are more expensive than a certain brand of yellow gloves but are much tougher and also far more comfortable to wear with the flock lining, and they are not 'slippery' when wet. Unfortunately they are not always available in shops so I buy them online, and over the years have obtained them in blue, green and red! If I have one complaint about them it is that the right thumb is seemingly always the one to develop a tiny 'leak' after a certain amount of use. However, that does not deter me from buying True Blues, and I do recommend them.

Heavy duty gloves made to food hygene standards...
...which is why they are blue. One downside even the large size are not large they are a tight fit on my hands, but they are a large fit on my wife's hands so perhaps they are produced for ladies not guys to use...They do protect hands from washing up water at 60-65C so ideal for those of us that wash up with hot not luke warm waterBeing a stocking net not flock liner they are more robust and last months not weeks.A high purchase price is backed by a far better quality materials than thrice dipped latex gloves. Yu pays ya munny...etcAnother reviewer observed that these gloves can be a little slippy when first used. This is probably the mould release fluid. Was the gloves in a concentrated Deepio or similar cleaner and they are then nice an grippy

Too big for me
I usually take a size 9, but these are huge. I’ve relegated them to the garage with a liner: if they’re too large it affects grip.I liked the quality and ordered in size 8 … perfect.

Very pleased
At last i have found washing up gloves that keep out the heat of the water while washing the dishes, they are thick but flexible, very strong i have ordered Two more pairs for members of my family.

It says on the label that a component in the gloves is potentially cancerous
The label wasn’t visible until the gloves were received. I’m finding it extremely difficult to get anyone to respond, in order for me to return them

True Blue Gloves
I'm sorry.I really wanted to like these gloves as since Boots no longer do the gloves for sensitive skins I have been on the lookout for a replacement. This is not it.Yes - they are cotton lined.Yes - they protect the skin. But they are thick with very little flexibility and I really cannot feel anything through them. They may be suitable for others ... just not for me.

Slippery When Wet!
I bought these for my husband. They fit his hands well, and guard against the heat of washing up water. The gloves look as though they would grip things very well, but they don't grip at all well when they get wet!For washing up purposes, stick to Marigolds!
