P.S. It’s Gonna Be Good: How God’s Word Answers Our Questions about Faith, Fear, and All the Things

I listened to P.S. It's Gonna Be Good through the Hoopla app (through my library) on a road trip this summer to visit my parents and family. It was so profound and phenomenal that when I got to my parent's house, I immediately ordered 2 physical copies of the book, one for me to reread and highlight and one for my mom. It has helped and encouraged us so much. Heidi's narration is amazing and made it feel like I was driving with a best friend! I highly recommend this book - and if you can listen to the audio version, you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful book. My book group enjoys how Heidi uses stories from scripture and easily relates them to everyday life. Very applicable to a variety of ages.

Heidi does an amazing job bringing fear into perspective for her readers. She’s gone through some of the same struggles that her readers are going through-so it all comes from real-life experience. As someone who struggles with anxiety and fear, I felt like she was speaking directly to me; reading my mind. In addition, her sense of humor is on point and will literally have me bursting into laughter. The combination of humor & seriousness is just right & it’s a great read for anyone-whether you’re new in your relationship with Christ or not. Heidi breaks things down so that the biblical stories she’s referring to are easy for a new Christian to follow, as well as thought provoking & capturing to a life-long Christian. I highly suggest getting the audiobook-hearing her read the book, with her personality, really brings it to life & to a whole other level!

I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars, it is THAT GOOD. This book has reconnected me to all of my favorite Bible heroes and stories! Whether you’ve read/heard about these Bible stories zero times or a hundreds times, you’ll enjoy reading Heidi Lee Anderson’s take on all of them.Not only did I enjoy reading this book, but I was also blessed to hear her speak in person as she brought her writings to life! This author is one of the warmest and genuine women I have met, and she exudes Christ’s love.P.S. It’s Gonna Be Good is captivating, inspiring, entertaining, and a joy to read! I cannot wait to read it again and pass it along to my loved ones!

This book is loaded with scripture and Truth! It’s timely for anyone in a tough season of life or if you just need to be reminded of who God is. I love Heidi’s conversational style of writing, too. The book has a light-hearted feel but is heavy with the Word!

Most Christian authors give their wisdom and perspective, which is amazing. And Heidi does too, but it's like she's saying "But don't take my word for it." because for every thought or idea she writes about, she cites a Bible verse which makes the stories of the Bible feel relevant today. And points me right to God's Word and what he has to say about the topic.I will definitely be reading this book again and again.Please buy this book. You will understand your Bible and your life like never before. And selfishly, I need more from this author and I'm sure current book sales will help that happen :)

Heidi is one of my favorite people to follow on instagram. When she wrote this book, I couldn't wait to get it. There were times while reading this book that I had to re-read it because I knew the Lord wanted to make sure I got it! Heidi's words are spot-on, Biblical, encouraging, and hilarious! I can hear her voice when I read the funny hashtags! If you haven't taken the chance to read this book, get your copy and buckle in for humorous (most importantly, Biblical) connections to some amazing Bible characters!

This book was a totally different type of Christian book and I just LOVE it. I felt like Heidi and I were out shopping or at the beach or sipping hot chocolate and chatting. She is so down to earth yet has awesome spiritual wisdom. She writes in such a way as to invite humor and life in the nitty gritty into the writing. At the same time she is not afraid to tackle some difficult theological questions. This book was so refreshing and encouraging and inspiring. I cannot say enough good things about this book. Each chapter highlights a Biblical story but she brings her life experiences into the mix and this leads to a rip roaring good time. As the title indicates: P.S. It's Gonna be Good

I loved this book and learnt so much. Heidi writes just as she speaks in her lovely humorous way and one feels like she’s sitting talking to you. I loved how each chapter is able to be read solo and has a great summary at the end to dip in to over and over again. Learning from Bible greats to understand the questions we have in todays world Heidi expands and explains so clearly definitely one I will read again.
