Tasty, quick, and easy
Seeds of Change rice is great when you need a quick serving or two of rice to supplement another dish. It takes about two minutes to prepare in the microwave, and it's both healthy and tasty. We have only tried the quinoa and brown rice with garlic, so I cannot comment on other varieties/flavors.

Convenience
I these brown rice and quinoa are delicious and convenient. I usually eat 1/4 of a package at a time with other foods. It heats up in 30 seconds or with other good in the microwave. It’s also great on its own.

This review is for the 12 pack of "Brown & Red Rice With Chia & Kale". I acquired this 02/2022, and have been pleased with this purchase. I am familiar with Seeds of Change products, and strive to keep some in my pantry at all times. Just works really well for quick meals, emergency meals, meal on the go, and for adding texture and flavor to a dish. I like how the serving size is simple, with the information for half a packet or a whole packet included. Depending on what I am using it for, I will consume the whole packet. I am a big eater.Last night a couple of these packets came in handy at dinner time. I really didnt have a dinner plan, but I had some boneless chicken to cook up. So what I did was cook that separately, then in a pan I added 2 packets of this Brown & Red rice along with a small pat of butter, a splash of chicken broth (cooking off the chicken breasts) and some frozen peas, and frozen onions. Added in some garlic & fresh ground pepper to season as this particular variety doesn't have additional seasonings in it other than salt. Chia and kale add a depth of flavor but not a punctuated flavor.Cooked that on low until chicken was done. Then I shredded the chicken and added that in. Made for a hearty dinner "bowl". We even had left overs- so really only one packet was needed.5 stars because I will buy again (just added more to cart).

Love the taste and convenience
I love the Seeds of Change rice packs. Toss it in the microwave and ready to go! Convenient when I don't feel like cooking a side dish. VERY tasty and pairs well with just about anything.

Good taste and a reasonable value. But very, very high in carbs. I eat it, but sparingly.

Quick, easy, delicious and nutritious.
You can heat in the package in the microwave and eat as is or add other ingredients, which I do. I like to add any kind of beans, onions, celery, bell pepper, mushrooms for a plant based meal, or meat if desired. The bottom line is that it is easy to make a quick meal with this and whatever you have on hand. And the brown rice and quinoa is nutritious.

Meal Prep made easy
I use these for prepping bowls to eat throughout the week. One pouch divided between two bowls, and then veggies, seasonings and sauces on top to create different themes: Italian, Mexican, Greek, etc. Good texture, and the mild garlic flavor translates well to all the themes. I crave carbs- today it was Tuna Casserole. I added green peas, a packet of Albacore tuna and a smattering of sharp cheddar to the Quinoa & brown rice and it hit the spot! Like all packaged foods, I wish there was less sodium but overall I am pleased with the flavor, texture and ease of preparation. Will be subscribing to this product.
