It’s a great gel insert. Not too thick, can perfectly put it on top of the existing insole. No drop on the heel portion, so your heel does not raise too much. I also bought Envelope Gel insole. These two are practically identical. Both are great! Highly recommend both of them.

Great price! Work really well. I have spent 2-3 times more for name brand insoles just like these. My sneakers are so much more comfortable. The gel is really soothing and makes walking and running much more comfortable on my feet. I will buy again. Highly recommend. For the price, you really can’t go wrong.

Started a new job with a LOT of walking and standing. I purchased a pair of New Balance shoes ( omg the price was crazy) anyway, these are SO much more comfortable than the foam inserts which feel like nothing.I now have a 3 pair of these. Not great, but better than it was. (for me)

When I got the insoles, I was suspicious that they are not good, since they are so thin. So on my last hike, I put them in my hiking boots and took another pair of insoles just in case. Man was I wrong, those insoles are wonderful. I have flat feet, and these insoles did not hurt my feet at all. I was very comfortable walking in them. Will buy some more.

I liked the material, but it was too thick for most of my shoes.

This was my first time using insoles and it was very easy to size it correctly to my shoe, it was stable and didn’t slide around in the shoe, and I instantly noticed my shoes were more supportive.
