Delicious, Stretchable and Convenient
The dough arrived quickly and frozen solid in an ingenious cardboard box with insulation. (I saved it for other uses.)I had a pizza party for four tonight, so I took out four balls and followed the instructions by flouring them, putting them in a dough box and setting out at room temperature in the morning. Six hours later, they still felt cold and not very puffy. So, I put the dough box in my oven on the bread proofing setting. Two hours later the dough balls were warm and puffy. Ready for use. Note that our “room temperature” was about 66F, so it may be different in the summer here and different from your “room temperature.”The dough stretched out without drama. I put each ball in a pile of fine semolina and stretched them on a marble slab, dusted with more semolina.I loaded them up with toppings, as New York style pizzas are supposed to be able to handle more than the Neapolitan-style pizzas I have been making. Nonetheless, the dough held together and I had no issues launching, turning (with a turning peel) and retrieving the pizzas.I cooked them in a wood and charcoal fired Ooni Karu 12, at lower temperatures and for longer times than I do for Neapolitan ones. I launched when the center of the stone reached 750F. Alas, I was paying too much attention to the pizzas to remember to time the total cook time. The end result were good looking and delicious. My guests loved them and I was proud to serve them, even though I’d never purchased dough before, always making my own.

OMG...Like having a pizza parlor in your home!!
Wonderful, wonderful flavor. Truly, a restaurant quality product. First, it was shipped and packed beautifully. Came packed in dry ice and arrived fully frozen. Cooking instructions were clear and concise. Loved the freshness and flavor of the dough...easy to handle and results were great. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Wow!
I ordered this dough hoping for the best. I'd never heard of them before. It's fantastic. I used a Breville Pizzaiolo oven, on NY settings, basically 550 degrees, low and slow, so everyone using a normal oven with a pizza stone can pretty much get the same results as I did.The dough was easy to work with, silky, making formation a snap. It is flavorful. The dough actually tastes like something, like, perfect salt, etc. The crusts puffed up beautifully, so they were stiff enough to crunch, but still chewy like they should be. I really am impressed with this company. I make my own dough usually and have been doing so for years. I've used brick ovens, normal ovens, Pizza machines, like Breville, Ooni. I've tried every recipe under the sun for NY pizza dough, used every type of flour 00, high-protein, etc.I have been on the hunt for "prefab" dough that is decent enough to have in the freezer for situations where I didn't have time to make my own. None of the previous tries got a passing grade. Poco Bero exceeded my expectations. We all loved it . A +

Expensive Pizza Dough
It took 4 days from shipping to delivery and the box was almost thawed and I don't know if that has messed with the way the dough acts. It is kind of expensive dough costing 5 bucks a pizza. It does not throw as well as my homemade dough (I'm worried that the lack of cooling during shipment caused this) but it is easy to get out the freezer and proof it when planning a pizza for dinner. I have not been able to make a decent round shape yet after a half dozen tries but it gets large enough and cooks a good pizza. I do have a 700 degree pizza oven and like to burn the edges a little. I thaw and proof in my oven heated to 100 degrees F and turned off. Dough has thawed and more than doubled after 4 hours.

Easy to use and the taste and texture are perfect.
Shipped all the way out west. Rough balls still frozen, lots of dry ice still in the cooler.Pulled four out yesterday. They thawed and rose. I kneaded them and let them rise again. After that, the pizza oven was ready to go. It was the first time my guest had been over for pizza. His comment “way better than store bought pizza of any kind”.We used to make our own dough. This stuff is just as good but infinitely easier. Will definitely buy again!

The dough makes very tasty pizzas
We recently bought a new portable pizza oven and wanted try it with a good dough. The dough came frozen with the exception of a few soft ones which Poco Bero replaced with a new shipment; thank you. We've now made a few pizza and my wife has really enjoyed the texture and taste of the dough. It doesn't have the frozen pizza taste which is good and just the right amount of chewiness.Overall, great product and definitely will buy more to have ready for a party.

False Advertisement!!!! Beware!
Unmarked box, instructions NOT included, no nutritional information listed anywhere. Plain box with a styrofoam cooler, plain white box with frozen dough in individual packages. Received a pizza oven for Christmas. Wanted to start off easy with premade dough to get use to the over. Should have just made my own dough!
