Best it did nothing, at worst. It actually made my ear more painful. Me I had a death piercing that was slow to heal, and I tried the product for about a week using it the three times a day that the bottle recommends. After you my ear would be wet however, that’s about it. But my ear would be more painful and the piercing would be tender to the touch. I ended up returning.

The bottle wasn’t sealed and just put in the box. I’m not sure if it is what the bottle says or used.

I have 7 face piercings so this product was perfect for me. Did not experience any irritation or issues.

Honestly I didn't expect this product to work but it totally does (see before and after pictures). My toddler keeps getting an infection on the back part of her ear and I have tried everything - and nothing was working until we tried this spray. While it has come back a few times, we find the best results if we use this spray at least 2-3x a day. There is zero pain or burning with the spray and a little goes a long way. This is a much easier solution than having to dip cotton balls, dripping water everywhere, or trying to get a toddler to hold still to clean the ear. Overall if you have a minor piercing infection this should do the trick.

I got my earlobes pierced right before Christmas last year and have experienced soreness ever since. After changing my piercings, they became even more sore and would become crusty. I’ve been using this spray for a week now and the soreness and crusty bits are gone! It’s so easy to use, just a spray or two and that’s it. I will definitely recommend this to anyone with new piercings or planning to get piercings.
