I'm very happy with my pillow! This is my 3rd try. The others(different companies) too firm, too flat.Great for back/side sleepers. Soft buoyancy and has the flexibility I like to put it between my head and shoulder. Great for support. I can only imagine the soft version of this would be really squishy. This has the medium which is just enough without being too firm or too soft. For an extra treat, a silk pillow cover! Cooler ,good for hair and skin!

If this is "medium firm" I would hate to have to sleep on their firm model.I have slept on latex pillows since childhood, so I know what the various firmesses feel like. Either this one was mislabeled or it just plain missed the boat.

According to sleepfoundation.org, a Queen Size pillow measures 20" X 30"I did not notice when I ordered, but the website says these are 15.7"28"The actual foam measures 14.5" X 24"The zipper cover that comes with it measures 17" X 27" and hangs loosely on the pillow foam.They don't fit in my Queen Size pillow cases properly.

I was raised with foam rubber pillows and love them, but they are expensive and hard to find. I took a chance on this pillow and love it! Recommended it to my mom and she loves it. Great sleep, no smell, nice cover. I plan on buying another.

My wife had been looking for a classic foam rubber pillow (NOT a memory foam) for quite some time with no success. I found this on Amazon and, for her birthday, I gambled. Boom! Turns out that this pillow was exactly what she wanted ... not too hard, not too soft, but just right! (There's an odor when you first unpack it; leave the pillow out in the air and it dissipates after a few days.)

This is my first latex pillow, so I haven't decided how I feel about it yet. Haven't even used it for a week yet. Does have a weird smell,That hasn't gone away yet. Will update later.

First time buy it not so high, this one is too high, not comfortable, hard to sleep

I already had talalay latex pillows for the house beds, but wanted one for our RV bed. This pillow is as nice as my existing latex pillows and cheaper. It is soft to sleep on, I am a side sleeper, and bounces right back when you move. It is cool too and no smell plus nicely covered. I love it!
