Great product
This is the 2nd one I have bought. They work awesome when you use all layers. When you decide to use only one layer it's not very good at keeping humidity or temperature.

Terrible terrible terrible instructions
Instructions were translated a couple times I could see .very difficult contradictions. What's the extra wire for and I'm not talking about the 12 volt. Assembly instructions were very confusing. I looked online and listen to the Chinese person try to explain that didn't tell me any of the questions I had about where the extra things were and how to adjust humidity temperature controls instructions were very lacking

Piece of junk made in China
Poor humidity regulation. Little success hatching chicks, poor stacking design - difficult to manage eggs on lower levels. I’m an experienced homesteader and have hatched plenty of chicks in other incubators. This is a bad design with poor insulation and no instruction manual.

Works great for what it is. But chicks like to get stuck in the gears and sometimes fall down to the next flight.
