I didn't realize this wouldn't fit my filter. I guess there's new kinds now and they didn't make it clear when ordering. I just went to the recommended products and purchased.I reached out directly to AquaTru and they were great and made it right by sending out the correct filter. I've upped my review from 1 to 3 stars because of this. I still think they need to make the product description more clear to let people know which is which.

Arrived broken but we didn't know until we tried to filter water through it and it came out in drops. Cleaned the machine twice- wasting time and $60 descaler solution - before finding out it was the filter. Got a different one and it works fine. I'm not purchasing these through AMZ anymore.

I was just informed by customer service that despite owning this for 6 months, and using about 2 pitchers per day of water, its fully expected to fail at 1/20th the lifespan because I have hard water.Sorry but my tapwater is not so mineral laden it appears cloudy.So much for 2 yearss, this lasts barely longer than a brita filter, but is about 5x as expensive.Avoid.
