If there should be any way of checking that it’s actualy charging!?
Hi. I received this portable charger yesterday. When it arrived 3 of the blue light where visible. I tried to charge my phone and it worked. I then put it on charge overnight and when I have checked this morning there is still only 3 blue lights on. When it was on charge I assumed you would be able to see the lights but there was nothing visible... is this right!? I have had a couple of bad experiences with chargers lately. This is the 3rd one I have purchased for my holiday (I go on 22/09/2018) so hoping it’s 3rd time lucky🤞

charging capacity seems to have dropped off after 6 months
This is an excellent backup battery. I travel a lot and it gets used most weeks. I've had it for quite some time and I'd say it is now at 80% capacity when charged. I get two good charges for my Galaxy S8+. I have to make sure the phone is not left plugged in for too long or over night since it runs the portable charger flat.

Good item.
I got this for me and my wife to take on holiday as back up power for the phones, my E-cig, and ipads. Did the job and kept up with demand. Recharged both phones twice and my spare E-cig batteries many times before it needed recharging.

Awful build quality
This product is poorly made, and the ports seem so loose that it looks like they could break at any time.Money wasted for this.Look elsewhere for a portable charger

Works brilliantly, we have not flattened it yet!
This works brilliantly and seems to have an endless supply of power. After charging my depleted phone it was still registering 4 out of 4 LEDs for charge. Despite my demanding family and all their tablets we have not flattened it yet!

Fell apart after 4 months.
This fell apart within 4 months, the bottom fell off so I am not impressed with this. What a wastes of money.

Refund or Replacement
I have ordered this product, It is not working at the moment. It has only been less than three months and it is not working at all not even to charge the power bank, or to charge my phone. I would like a replacement or a refund of my money, please. I can't get in touch with the seller to get a refund or exchange.

Good product happy with it very lightweight, only downside is the light was in when it came and it got posted without me signing apart from that I'm a happy chap
