Half Moon Half Frame Slim Reading Glasses Metal Frame with Spring Hinges Eyewea for Men Women gold 250

I got some previously and unfortunately didn't have the CE mark.So put the question out there on a few other brands.Got mixed responces.One brand most said no and 1,said yes it has??Refering to this brand most said no, one said yes and backed it up with a photo.So is why I got this brand.One person's responce did make me laugh, as said gruffly "what do I need CE mark for, there cheap reading glasses"!!I will tell why, as may interest other prescription glasses wearers...The first set I bought had no CE mark and when it took them to my opticians thay told me thay could not put my prescriptions in them, only if thay carry the CE mark.I had a pair of half moon glasses about 25,years ago, it was hard to find them in any opticians then. Now it's imposible!!Then these cheap reading glasses came out, but in reality there just a pair of magnifying lenses.But as these have the CE mark I could replace the lenses for my prescription.Still cost £70 to have them changed but a lot cheaper than any half decent frames can get off the shelf in any opticians, and Now no.one is selling half moon under framed frames, this is a good cheap way of getting to needed end result!!Thank you, chap who sent conformation photo in 'ask the comunity'

The struggle is real….. these have really helped me when beekeeping, as I need glasses to view detail but not all the time & as I have a veil to protect from the bees I can’t get my hands in to remove the glasses in between tasks, it also stops me looking like a head teacher & looking over the top of my glasses 😁

Great to put in your pocket so you can read a menu - it does make you look like you grand parents but hey ho.

For the price the quality is good.

Perfect for what i need them for, reading and looking away without hurting my eyes. Obviously not optician quality glass but the right strength for me and works well.
